Thanks to everyone that came out and made our rain-shortened Independence Day Firework Ssale such a HUGE success! Looking at last year’s July 4th, it was massive just because of the week’s releases (Batman #50, Catwoman #1, Captain America #1, Cosmic Ghost Rider #1, Death of the Inhumans #1, and to a lesser extent Elvira #1, Beneath the Dark Crystal #1, The Cape #1, Lady Mechanika #1, New Lieutenants of Metal #1, Quantum Age #1, Submerged #1, Unexpected #1, and Unnatural #1), and this year just didn’t seem to live up to the occassion, so we put our own spin on it!
But we’re not done sweating out the hits just yet, as we’ll be taking the $1 comics (or 20 for $10) over to the GameStop by Target on Wendover tomorrow, Saturday, July 6th from 12 - 5 PM for one final run before we wholesale the lot and start all over for Baltimore Comic Con, Halloween Comic Fest, and the rest of our fall events!
